We are partners in real estate and in life– husband and wife — David Rotan and Natalia Gonzalez Rotan. Our goal is to provide you with excellent, stress-free service when buying or selling your home here in this beautiful region of Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC.
Natalia is from Monterrey, Mexico and lived there almost all of her life. Architecture is her family’s business: Both of her parents and two brothers are architects. Although she chose not to follow in their footsteps (instead majoring in early childhood education), she still has a great passion for architecture as well as interior design, decorating, and landscaping. Natalia also really enjoys cooking delicious dishes from her native Mexico and taking pictures of recipes, which she shares on her food blog, TastesSoFine.com.
David, originally from North Carolina, has an extensive 20+ year background in film and media production, including five feature films (most available on Amazon.com), numerous commercials and promo videos, corporate and government training spots, and literally thousands of short how-to, DIY, instructional, and advice videos for web syndication and broadcast news for major clients such as AAA, Wells Fargo, USDA, US News, AKC, Sodexo, and more.
Married in 2011, we were renting a condo in Reston Town Center when Natalia began her real estate career in 2014. Natalia soon convinced David that they could become first-time homeowners sooner than he had ever thought possible and in early 2015 we purchased a small historic country cottage near the village of Lucketts in Loudoun County, just north of Leesburg, Virginia. We now enjoy spending time renovating our home, as well as visiting all of the small historic towns, unique local restaurants, wineries and shops that Northern Virginia has to offer.
Combining Natalia’s interest in architecture, design and decorating with David’s media background, we really believe one of our major strong points in the real estate world is in staging and marketing, not to mention the personal joy of helping people become first-time homeowners just as we did not too long ago.
